Help, without the runaround.
PULSE is a self-contained Excel product with thorough
built-in guides. Most questions are answered in seconds by the documentation — and when they
aren't, here's exactly what support covers.
Try the docs first. Every copy of PULSE ships with a Quick Start, a Morph
Guide, a Glossary, and a Troubleshooting tab. The answer to most questions — including how to
switch on Horizon, Next Day, or Full — is already in your file.
What's included
- Delivery & access — help if a download or access issue stops you getting the file.
- Documented bugs — if PULSE behaves contrary to its own documentation, report it and it's fixed in a future release.
- Compatibility questions — "does it work in my Excel?" (Excel 2021, Microsoft 365, Office LTSC — yes; it's macro-free).
- Pointers to the docs — if the answer's in the guides, we'll point you straight to it.
What isn't included
PULSE is an evergreen product, not a custom-build service. The following aren't part of support:
- Custom formulas, sheets, or layout changes.
- Integrations, data imports/exports, or connecting PULSE to other systems.
- Per-customer configuration, setup done for you, or training sessions.
- Bespoke reporting or new metrics.
Every assumption in PULSE is configurable to your numbers — so most "can it do X for us?"
needs are already handled by Setup.
